The elementary building blocks of the instrument had been realized by industrialists and laboratories. After verification, they were gradually put together. At each step, function tests and performance control tests were undertaken.
At the same time, the platform was realized by ALCATEL in Cannes, France. Finally, the instrument and the platform were assembled in 2005.
After numerous checks, the satellite was delivered at the end of 2005 to the industrialist who carried out its launch in 2006.
