<-   A function   ->

Volume d'une sphère en fonction du rayon

A function shows how one quantity varies compared to another one.

For instance, the function
volume(radius)=4*pi*radius^3/3
shows how the volume of a sphere varies from the radius.
pi=3.1415926... is the pi constant.

!Important!

  • Radius and volume units are related.
  • When the radius is multiplied by 2, the volume is multiplied by 8.
